Michael Ostaffe is a proven leader with a General Management perspective based on extensive experience in sales, manufacturing, finance, product management, strategy and sourcing. He has a successful track record of developing and launching new products and sales channels, setting pricing and developing marketing programs. Mr. Ostaffe effectively works across all levels of organizations, from the shop floor to the boardroom to identify opportunities, enhance processes, and solve problems.

In his position as Executive Vice President, Mr. Ostaffe is leading a seasoned management team into its next level of product and channel expansion, sales organization training and development, expansion of IP portfolio and licensing agreements, and market penetration for products and technology. Past leadership positions include Vice President, Marketing and Product Development at ESAB, Director of Product Marketing at Katun Corporation, and Director of Product Marketing & Strategy at Honeywell, among others.

Mr. Ostaffe received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA in Finance, Marketing & Strategy from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management. He resides in Maple Grove with his family where his is involved in a number of community activities including youth basketball and the Children’s Advocacy Center. Mike is an avid cyclist, sports enthusiast, and Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
